Writer's Block: Are you incentivized?
Are there any buzz words or catch-phrases--such as incentivize or at the end of the day--that make you cringe? What are they, and why do you hate them?

I despise the phrase "one of only blah blah blah." It is one of two, one of three, one of eighteen. The only is totally superfluous.
I also despise the use of the word "ahead" as a time preposition instead of a directional one. I walk ahead of someone. Ahead does not mean before as in he got ready before the party.
Not that I am rigid!
Hahaha!

Utilize. Too many (military) people think you can just substitute it for "use" and it will make you sound smart.

Light year used as a measure of time; it's the distance light travels in one year.
